NOTICE OF 2018 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

THE AUSTRALIAN STUDENT CHRISTIAN MOVEMENT (ASCM) 

Dear friends

I am writing to invite you to the 2018 Annual General Meeting of ASCM due to be held on Saturday 14 July 2018 at the Mount Lawley/Maylands Uniting Church, 165 Railway Parade, Mount Lawley, Western Australia 6050.

All members and senior friends, concerned well-wishers of the movement are cordially invited to attend any of the programme including the gathering on Sunday.

I have enclosed a draft agenda and minutes from 2017 AGM with this letter for your information.

Please direct all queries/apologies/confirmation of attendance by COB Friday, 30 June 2018 so that those travelling from afar requiring accommodation, transfer -transport can be organised as soon as possible.
